Mr Apple has invested heavily in developing quality systems software to manage crop forecasting, bin inventory, fruit maturity, packhouse management, coolstore inventory, sales planning, shipping and logistics, orchard budgeting, management reporting and spray application. This comprehensive and fully transparent system allows complete traceability of all product from orchard to coolstore to market.

Our orchards are compliant with the following:

• GlobalGap Mr Apple PMO GG certificate & Mr Apple QSG PMO certificate
  
• Tesco’s Nurture Scheme
  
• Field to Fork
• BioGro (where organic)
• CropSure Spray Safe Programme
• New Zealand Pipfruit IFP programme (if conventional)
• New Zealand Apple Futures Programme (if conventional)
• And all are registered with SEDEX (ethical trading)

Our packhouses and coolstores are compliant with the following:

• BRC Mr Apple NZ Ltd Havelock North, Mr Apple Waipawa BRC, Mr Apple NZ Ltd Whakatu BRC
  
• BioGro (where organic)
• SEP (Secure Exports Partnership) in conjunction with NZ Customs
• FDA registered (United States Food and Drug Administration)
• USDA registered (United States Department of Agriculture Pipfruit Pre-clearance Program)
• Taiwan Export Phytosanitary Program registered

Mr Apple also conducts extensive residue testing each year to ensure fruit integrity destined for certain markets.
